Niagara-on-the-Lake – Niagara-on-the-Lake Hydro (“NOTL Hydro”) is pleased to announce that on Monday, August 25, 2020 it completed the installation of two more concrete sleeves under transformers at risk from potential flooding by the Niagara River. Both of the transformers were located on Delater Street. This bring the total to six hydro utility boxes that have now been raised by up to 12 inches to mitigate the potential damage from flooding.
NOTL Hydro has one additional sleeve which it is keeping in inventory should the need arise at another location.
